Supplier.io is the industry leader in developing innovative solutions for supplier diversity. Supplier.io provides accurate diverse supplier data that empowers organizations to buy responsibly at scale, live their values, and support their communities in real, rewarding, and measurable ways. 

WHM Creative worked to develop a brand platform and visual expression that focused on highlighting Supplier.io’s innovative and results-driven approach to supplier diversity without sacrificing their ambition to connect with and empower their customers.
ROLE
My role as a designer included working in Figma to transform Supplier.io’s robust platform into a thoughtful website that allowed prospective clients to find the help they needed no matter where they were on their supplier diversity journey. I also helped create an updated brand identity that was then used to create branded elements, animations, and illustrations that brought the visual expression to life.

The Supplier.io visual expression was built around the organizations mission to be a trusted partner and the industry leader in providing the most accurate diverse supplier data that would empower organizations to buy responsibly at scale, live their values, and support their communities in real, rewarding, and measurable ways.



The dot motif, which is pulled from the company’s name (Supplier “dot” io) and subsequent logotype, can be used to illustrate abstract concepts such as growth, amplification, inclusion, and connection. It can also be used as a visual device to represent the idea of data or data itself.



The Supplier.io website was designed to meet people and organizations where they are. Whether it’s learning where their organization currently stands or growing their existing program, prospective clients would be informed about the beneficial role Supplier.io could play in their supplier diversity journey.




RESULTS

Engagement on the site increased by 39%, and quality leads were boosted by 22%. Diverse supplier inquiries were directed to the appropriate registration forms instead of going to Supplier.io sales, improving sales productivity.
